Refund policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every print is lovingly and carefully produced to order using museum-grade materials and professional Giclée printing techniques.
Damages and Defects
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, I will aim to arrange a free replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Reporting Period: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 14 days if the item is defective or damaged via email.
Evidence Required: To process a replacement, I will need clear photographs of the damage to the print and, if applicable, the exterior packaging. So please remember not to dispose of these!
Resolution: Once the damage is assessed, I will aim to arrange and send a replacement free of charge to be sent off the next available working day.
Cancellations and Amendments
Because my prints and frames are made-to-order (bespoke), production often begins shortly after the order is placed.
Timeframe: If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact me within 1 hour of placement.
Bespoke Goods: Once an order has entered the production phase, I will be unable to offer cancellations or amendments as the products are custom-made for you.
Change of Mind Returns
As my art prints and framed products are custom-made to your specific requirements, I do not generally offer returns or refunds for "change of mind".
I encourage you to review all product details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase, and feel free to reach out and ask any questions if unsure or you'd like to discuss anything.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries
All orders are magically and lovingly shipped using carbon-neutral global couriers.
Significant Delays: While I cannot offer refunds for standard postage delays or customs hold-ups, if a package is deemed "significantly delayed" beyond normal industry standards, I will work with my courier partners to provide a resolution or a replacement.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. As I cannot offer refunds for items that are not delivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
