Solid wood gallery frames
Premium FSC‑certified solid wood frames (Nielsen Quadrum), available in black, oak or white for a clean, gallery‑style border.

White passe‑partout mount
Each frame includes a white window mount cut from 1.4 mm acid‑free board, creating a subtle frame‑within‑a‑frame that pulls focus to the artwork. This adds depth and acts like a step into the artwork itself.

Ready to hang
Your artwork is printed, mounted and fitted into the frame for you—no DIY, no extra steps—so it arrives fully assembled and ready for the wall. Your job is to work out where to hang your gorgeous new art piece!

Sustainably made
Frames use FSC‑certified wood and the same carbon‑conscious production and recyclable packaging as your unframed prints.

Your artwork is carefully packaged to keep it safe while minimising environmental impact — with 95% less plastic used.

• Unframed prints: Sent in sturdy recycled tubes or reinforced envelopes
• Framed prints: Protected with recyclable corner protectors, biodegradable wrap, and double-walled boxes

Eco-friendly materials are used wherever possible, including recycled paper tape and biodegradable protective wrap, so your art arrives safely without unnecessary waste.

All artwork is made to order, and the magic begins as soon as your order is confirmed.

Processing & creation time:

• Prints only: Ready within 1–2 working days
• Framed prints: Ready in 3–5 working days (due to handmade framing)

Once your order is ready, delivery typically takes:

• UK: 1–2 working days
• EU: 2–5 working days
• USA & Canada: 2–5 working days
• Rest of World: 5–10 working days

Orders are lovingly produced at the closest studio (UK, EU, or USA) to get it to you faster and more sustainably.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Damages & Defects

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, I’ll arrange a free replacement.

Email me within 14 days of delivery.

You must include clear photos of the damage and, if relevant, the packaging to be able to process the replacement. Without these photos a replacement will not be able to be made for you.

Once assessed, I’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Amendments

All prints and frames are made to order.

To cancel or change an order, please contact me within 1 hour of placing it.

After production has started, I’m unable to cancel or amend the order.

Change of Mind

Because each piece is custom‑made, I don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please double‑check sizes and details before purchasing, and feel free to email me with any questions about paper types, frames or finishes beforehand.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Orders are shipped with carbon‑neutral couriers.

I can’t refund standard delays or customs hold‑ups.

If a parcel is significantly delayed or lost, I’ll work with the courier to resolve it or arrange a replacement.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as I can’t refund orders undelivered due to incorrect details.
